Air is a social enterprise guru and jack-of-all-trades. A graduate of the The New School’s nonprofit management program and former leader with the Social Innovation Initiative, they draw on more than fifteen years experience working in the third sector in four countries. Air’s specialties include fundraising, strategy, leadership & governance, ethics, and marketing. They are also the Director of Development for Hudson Valley Seed. They can be usually be found doing their work on the banks of the Hudson River, also enjoys photography, and brainstorms best while biking.

Paulina uses business savvy for good. Based in Guadalajara, Mexico, Paulina brings nine years of experience in the nonprofit, profit and government sectors including working as an attorney in the Mexican legislature and with various cross-cultural businesses. With a Masters in Nonprofit Management from The New School, Paulina specializes in social enterprises, entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and business/nonprofit partnerships. She is currently Program Director at Aurora Global, is also the founder of CSOCIAL, and happens to be an amazing flamenco dancer.
Hillary uses multicultural leadership principles to create healthier, more inclusive work environments. Working 15 years across three countries, six states, and Washington DC, Hillary draws from a wealth of experience in social services, mental health, youth development, and education nonprofits. A returned Peace Corps Volunteer with a Masters in Nonprofit Management and a specialization in Social Justice Leadership, Hillary’s areas of expertise include curriculum design and facilitation, selection and recruitment, communications and knowledge management, grant writing, and community outreach. When not working Hillary can be found conquering mountains, both literal and figurative.

Lilli has worked for more years than she cares to admit in the for- and non-profit sectors in the Northeastern US. Lilli specializes in marketing & communications and fund development, drawing on her experience with community foundations, advertising, and fine arts. She most recently served as the Director of Development at the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut. Lilli’s idea of fun is to go winter backpacking with teenagers.
